Definitely not right now. If you want to witness Ladakh in its full glory, the best time to visit is May-June-July. But that is also when it is the most crowded and commercialized. If you want to witness Ladakh like a traveler and want to avoid the commercialized hub it has become, September to mid or end of October is the best time. Roads mostly close after that. Ladakh during that time is a shutterbug's dream come true, it looks that beautiful. However, make sure to have 12-14 days in hand if you want to make the most of this trip. Ladakh is not the place you would want to cover on a short trip.
Ladakh valley is always be preferred to be visited in summer because of the mountains which surrounds you are seen mesmerizing then. Good, Enjoy & keep traveling.
