Are you going to use public transport or your own? You can roam around conveniently if you have your own vehicle because buses timings are a bit odd and not frequent. You can cover Manikaran gurudwara, camping, there is bridge and an hour trekking to a village (you can go in the morning).. IF you are fit you can go to kheerganga trek, but in monsoon, don't risk if you are a beginner with normal shoe.. Its risky. If not kheerganga, stay in tosh for one day. It is a different experience.

It's gonna rain around that time. Plan your travel around September end or October. I had visited in October, two years ago. Also, 4 days are enough. Delhi to Bhuntar and then book a cab from Bhuntar to Kasol. Camps are available easily - The hotel or home stay guys can arrange for you.
