In 9 days it is possible else it takes three days to reach leh from manali and three to come back. One day of rest makes it seven. Going from Srinagar side one more day is required. Check this Delhi - manali Manali - jispa Jispa - leh Leh rest and permits Leh - nubra Nubra - pangong Pangong to sarchu, leave early Sarchu to manali Manali to delhi

Day 1: Rohtak to Udhampur (via Mansar) Day 2: Udhampur to Sonamarag (few hours for Srinagar sightseeing) Day 3: Sonamarg to Leh Day 4: Leh local Day 5: Leh to Hunder (Nubra valley) - camping Day 6: Hunder to Pangong Day 7: Pangong to Pang/Sarchu - camping Day 8: Pang/Sarchu to Manali Day 9: Manali to Rohtak That's the only way I can see a Ladakh trip fitting in 9 days... Though I would recommend adding a day or two if possible...
