If you are going in summer please avoid jeep, and drivezy and zoom are nice platforms to rent a car.

Renting is very easy in Goa. You will get lots of options available offline as well in terms of car. They don't give you driver. It is self drive. All they ask you is an original Aadhar or some Government ID which they will return you later. The price is charged on per day basis and you can even negotiate too. I will suggest compare the online price vs offline available there.
