Hello shashwat, I'll be happy to answer your travel queries from my experience ☺️. *Located in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh, Tirthan Valley derives its name from the Tirthan river, which winds its way through it. The pristine river originates from the icy cold glacial springs of Hanskund, a snow-capped peak in the verdant Great Himalayan National Park (GHNP). *This valley has exquisiteness in abundance and has less tourists’ inflow, which makes it all the more peaceful and divine. There are few resorts, home stays are being set up both the sides of river and most of them have direct access to the river. A narrow road alongside the river takes to the village Gushaini. *The trekking is a wonderful experience and the best way to observe and absorb the abundant natural beauty around. This cannot be compared with the gazing at nature while sitting in tin box which runs at speed. While walking, you have plenty of opportunities to look around and feel the atmosphere, to touch the things and being aware that you are a part of it for the moment. *the budget of tirthan valley trek may range from 7000 to 11000 .there are many trekking organizations who provide great trekking experience . I just checked online and found that there are some great deals for tirthan valley availlable on tripoto itself, do check out this link https://www.tripoto.com/tirthan-valley/tour-packages HAPPY TRAVELS 💓

Depends whether you want to trek or just chill. Should ballpark a 4-5 day stay at under 20k

Of course, I am not including trek gear here.
Hi Shaswat. It includes travel to-and-fro from Chandigarh. That, stay, food, etc and a trek if you're planning to do one.
Since monsoon is started its bit of risky and as you know travelling and risk runs parallel so if you are a person who likes and enjoys rain pack your bags and go for it. Don't forget to carry your basic essentials (raincoat, umbrella, waterproof bag etc) which is required in monsoon.

Thanks Suyash, I will keep that in mind. (y)
Mar-Jun, Oct-Nov is the best time to visit Tirthan Valley March to June and October to November are the best months to visit Tirthan Valley. January-February is also good for those who are looking for snow and can handle extremely cold conditions. It is in full bloom during the spring season. Packed with lush green mountains and orchards full of luscious apples, this small place is a paradise for travellers in the season. Summers are warm not very hot. However, winters are freezing cold. If fishing is on your mind, March to October is the right time for a visit. The monsoon season of July-August experiences intense rainfall and hence decreases visibility.

Thank you so much Siddharth :)
It's going to be very rainy in August. Do go to Gushaini and stay at All View Cottage. Superb place.
