Ganpatiphule is awesome . Stay at MTdc resort . It’s the most reasonable and best location . Visit Ganpati temple . Prachin Konkan and Wax museum . Enjoy mangoes . It’s available year around in Ganpatiphule

Ganpatiphule beach is one of the cleanest beach. Or you can try Tarkali too For scuba diving take some time out for Mandawa in Alibaug.
