It is free for a stay upto 30 days in Bali... Secondly, u do not require a Visa for Malaysia as you will be in transit and you will not be moving out of the Airport.

U dont need visa for Malaysia in this case unless u intent to go out and see Malaysia too.Since your flight layover is only for 2 hrs,you wont be able to do it.
As far as Bali is concerned it is free for Indians as u get Visa on Arrival.

No transit visa needed for Malaysia. Bali visa on arrival is free. Don't need anything just your passport, return ticket and hotel booking.

Visa on arrival and no visa charges but a prior perission form is to be submitted i think just check visa requirement of bali you wil get it there.

Visa Exemption for Indians coming to Bali, Indonesia If you stay less than 30 days then you do NOT NEED any Visa if you have an Indian passport. Also there would be no requirement for Visa in Maldives as you'll be in transit and it's just a layover.
