Hi friends I plan on doing the goecha la Trek...is it possible to do the trek without a guide...are there proper trails or is the way properly marked . do I need to carry food .I am carrying a tent.I am planning to go in may. please suggest the gear to

If you are a new trekker so dont try solo trek,its good to take a guide.

If doing for first time always having guide is safer and ya do carry food and necessary medicines.
