Hey Hardik, Fir your question of a week long trip from Delhi, I assume that you have your own vehicle as you had planned for spiti... The plan goes like this... Day1 :- Haridwar :- Head to Haridwar from Delhi.. Have a visit to Ganga Aarti in evening and then head to Rishikesh that night or stay back in Haridwar and explore the local place... Day 2 :- Rishikesh:- If you have not done a bungee in your life then you are at the adventure place where you can get to do bungee jumping. Rishikesh being famous as yoga capital of India, also have bungee and river rafting as a chunk of adventure ... Day 3:- Dehradun:- You can drive or ride to Dehradun from Rishikesh which would take you 3 to 4 hours and you can unwind and relax in this hill top place in a Cosy cottages or home stays... Day 4:- Mussoorie:- This place is hardly a two hour ride distance from Dehradun on a sloppy roads with Twists and turns... You can visit gothic architectural church, mansion of Sir George Everest, Kempty waterfalls ... Day 5:- Jim Corbett national park:- The distance between Mussoorie to jim corbet is 200 Kms and you can sit a lot of wild animals by taking a safari in the national park ....You can also book your stay inside the park online thru www.corbettparkonline.com Day 6:- Head yourself back to Delhi ... Better luck next time for your spiti ride... Happy Travelling!!!

Due to recent heavy rainfall and sudden weather disturbances in Himalayan region, high altitude areas like Spiti Valley, Keylong etc are all covered with thick snow. People are being rescued from the areas where they are stuck due to landslides and road block in Lahaul & Spiti Valley. It is not a good time to travel there till the conditions becomes good to go. You can anyway visit Kasol, Tosh and Malana towards Parvati Valley. It is still accessible and road conditions are fine. Other places where you can visit this weekend or upcoming week are Bir, Dharamsala, Palampur, Kasauli, Landour, Kanatal, Bundi, Orchha, Chanderi, Jaisalmer. Happy travelling!
