For parasailing the best place in goa is Sinquerim beach. It is calm, less crowded and will cost you around 800 bucks

Parasailing is available on most of the popular beach, while paragliding is available on few beaches on extreme north of goa like Arambol. Pls check the weather condition and operators license before flying.
Cost is depends on sessions So minimum is 500 for 15- 20 min.

Try at Anuja or Baga Beach as you will get beautiful view . Also try to get the combo offers for the rides rather going for a single ride as u might end up paying more . Along with Para try banana ride . Cost of Para ride varies with : 450 to 800 . ( lesser the crowd you get more chance to bargin )
