Don't know if I am replying too late or not. Assuming you are arriving at Colombo (ofcourse) take the train from Colombo station and head to Galle. Day 1 - Colombo to Galle and reach Unawatuna. Spend the evening walking around. Put up at Unawatuna
Day 2 - Explore Galle fort city/ head to Unawatuna in the evening
Day 3 - Explore the Japanese pagoda and jungle beach. You can go to Mirissa in the morning and be back by mid day
Day 4 - Head back to Colombo for return Alternately if flight is early morning, head to Colombo on Day 3 and stay the night in city
