Funny thing is even I am planning a similar route to visit Tawang. You should definitely visit the Tawang Monastry and the apple orchids in Bhalukpong.

Btw any update with regards to the condition of the road, a friend of mine had to head back, as due to heavy snowfall they couldn't make it to Tawang!
