Your welcome Aiswarja..
Thank you neeraj
After entering the Tosh village;you can ask anyone; there is a cafe which is at max height(From the balcony of that cafe you will have a beautiful view). Rates for one room are 500-1000 maximum.
When going to Kasol and if on a budget, you can trek to Chalal and find plenty options for decent and cheap stay. The trek from Kasol to Chalal will take 1-1.5 hour. In Chalal you have Cafe's like Fusion and Shiva which serve delicious food. For other treks you can go to Magic valley, Weichin. You can explore places like Manikaran, Tosh, Malana. There are many Cafe's in Kasol too, I would suggest you go to German Bakery as well.

One must to do thing if you are going to Parvati valley is: go for kheerganga trek. it is only 1 day trek..

Hi Aiswarja, it is usually very crowded in Kasol and since October is a good season to visit this place it could be crowded. But on the other hand in wake of recent floods in Himachal, a lot of people are skeptical about visiting Himachal right now, so yes you can go ahead and plan your visit. You can try some really cool hostels in Kasol, The Hostellers, Whoopers, Nomads Hostel or Jim morrison cafe and cottages. Happy travelling!
