It is fine but currently it's not time to visit Europe. Best time is from April- September

My return flight tickets are booked for June'19 but hotels and intra city / state is missing. confused about 3 cities or 4 cities and the cities choosen as it's my first trip..need better advice

The plan seems OK. But with kids, I would advise you to add Switzerland or Germany. There are many things for kids there. Avoid Europe from Dec to March. It's very cold and snow. For details on Europe trip planning you may check out my posts.
