Hi, there are plenty of solo trip destinations around NCR. If you like architecture and heritage then Pushkar, Udaipur, Jodhpur and Khajuraho are idea. For spirituality seekers and street photographers, Rishikesh and Varanasi are best options. Oh, and the mountains are full of options for first time solo travellers - Mcleodganj, Kasol, Bir-Billing and Manali. If you want to try something slightly adventurous then head to Kausani, Naukuchiatal, Gushaini, Auli or Parwanoo. Take an overnight bus or train to any of these places and book a hostel for a complete solo travel experience.

Hello If you are looking Fun, history and a feel of France, Puducherry is one of the best places for your first solo trip in India. The little union territory snuggled on the shores of Bay of Bengal is a perfect escape for a vacation with yourself. Hire a cycle and go exploring the beautiful colonial architecture French in style. Get to the beach for some scenic moments. Auroville Ashram is the place to go if you want to connect with your spiritual side. The food are French delights and beer is cheap, so quite a happy vacation for all. If you need to have more alone time kindly go to small café enjoy a good time with coffee and book. I had amazing solo trip over there Things to do - Explore the French pleasures, go cycling or walking around the city, taste the delicacies in the quaint shacks, restaurants and eateries. Getting there- The closest airport and railway station is in Chennai. A scenic drive from Chennai is one of the best ways to get to the town. Hire a bike or cycle or walk around the town. There are only a couple of trains that travel to and from the city so make sure that you book well in advance. The train journey is pretty convenient since you can catch on a full night’s sleep and arrive in Puducherry early in the morning, ready to rock your holiday. If the trip idea has germinated at the last minute, the bus is your best RedBus offers plenty of options so all you need to do is a quick booking and show up at your pick up spot. Want to get there in a hurry? Then, SpiceJet offers flights too. Stay -If you want to travel budget friendly, then, the sea-facing Aadhar Guest House is cost you at just INR 800. The history buffs among you will love Patricia Guest House, a 200-year old villa at the heart of White Town. Villa Krish, Palais de Mahe, Villa Shanti and Maison Perumal make for excellent options when you want stay in style. Best time for a solo trip - October to February.

These bus(es) is/are State Transport Bus, Air Lines Travels, Pankaj Tourist Service (Regd.), Crown Travels, Metro travels, A G Holiday etc. The minimum time a bus takes to reach Rishikesh from New Delhi is 5h 27m. The cheapest way to reach Rishikesh from New Delhi takes you 7h 39m, which is to take Ddn Janshtbdi from New Delhi to Haridwar then take State Transport Bus from Haridwar to Rishikesh. Hi Arunava, Are you looking at abroad or India? If India I suggest plan one to North East - Sikkim, Gangtok, Darjeeling. etc. If abroad, to start with, I believe Sri Lanka, Dubai, Bhutan, Nepal will be a good option. I would laos suggest that you read well about the places abroad and then plan. It is helpful if you know about some rules and usual stuff as well. If you plan Dubai or Bhutan, a budget of around 70,000 will be good for a week's trip.
