If you are starting your journey from Delhi, you'll find a lot of tour providers near by the New Delhi Railway Station. And if you are planning to rent out from Manali, then try neighborhoods of mall road. Its much better and economic if you book directly rather than booking it online or via phone.

At this time, the monsoons are in full swing. Rivers get a new life and flow with their full might. Traveling during this period can be risky and dangerous as landslides are common. However, the area beyond Zoji La Pass, in the direction of Leh from Srinagar and further from Baralacha Pass, towards Leh from Manali side is a rain shadow area. For this reason, these areas do not receive much rainfall. But definitely, the path won’t be easy up to Baralacha La from the side of Manali and Zojila Pass from the Srinagar side.

Just don't book vehicle without tasting if you are booking it for first time from that vendor.
also cheak accesories like helmet(and it's glass) read my manali article u will find what problems can happen without glass.
