Hey Rahul,
November is best time to visit Goa. Last year me and my friends went in end of September month and it was long weekend so it was crowded with lots of tourist. We stayed at hotel it was walk able distance from beach. Hotel name is Sea View Cottages it's cheap and good maintained. also close to Baga beach and Titos lane.
