Hi, Is Chopta a good place to visit in May month. How would be the weather. Will it be hot in may month or it will be suitable for treks.

Chopta is a good to go in may but avoid it from last week till aug due to excessive rain fall.

GO ON. at that time Chopta gives you a great view of Nanda Devi,Chaukambha and Trishul and other peaks of the Himalayas. Only you have to do is waking up early and getyting up to the top of chandrashila before sunrise and next few hours will find a special space in you diary.
