Hi Amanda, Landour (Uttarakhand), Pelling (Sikkim), Kinnaur (Himachal) and Valley of Flowers National Park (Uttarakhand) are some of the best places to visit for 3-4 days in mid-July. If you want to attend festivals then I recommend the Dree Festival in Arunachal, Beh Deinkhlam in Meghalaya and Rath Yatra in Puri (Odisha). You can also check the following article for more places to visit in mid-July: https://www.tripoto.com/trip/best-places-to-visit-in-july-in-india
