The cheapest way is the Himachal roadways or Haryana roadways from Kashmiri gate bus stand . you can take ordinary bus which will be more cheaper.

Hi Abhinav, for visiting kasol you need to reach Bhuntar first. If you are taking a bus from kashmere Gate ISBT Bus Station, Delhi, it may take 800 to 1000 INR to Bhuntar and if you manage to take a bus from Chandigarh Bus Station it will take approximately 600 to 800 INR. Once you reach Bhuntar you need to take a bus for Kasol from there. Since 6 am in morning you can avail the bus services. Its about 30 - 32 kms from Bhuntar and the bus fare may be within 60-90 INR. Well just a expenditure of 200 bucks more can take you to Tosh village as well. And the place by the parvati valley is really a heven. Also remember all the expenses are from my last trip to Kasol which I managed to make in July 2k18 so it may vary a bit. But Tosh is really worth it. 😉
