This is the best time to travel to Maharashtra especially to places close to Lonavala and Malshejghat. Though at times it will be raining the entire area will be much greener now and you can experience small waterfalls enroute and there is beauty all around.
Ooty, kodaikanal, mysore, hampi, belur, halebidu, malukote, kerala if you like north places you can go to meghalaya, tripura coz it's off beat and less crowded.

You could try places in Karnatak like Kudremukh, Chikmangaluru, Agumbe. All these places are hill stations and more adventurous by bike and extremely beautiful.
You could may be take a public transport to nearest place there and hire a bike and go around. It would be fun and it is safe also.
You can visit Horsley Hills; Its just 149 km from Hyderabad. You can go by train; the closest railhead is Madanapalle Road, which is just 13 kms away and is linked by the Dharmavaram-Tirupati passenger & the Secunderabad-Tirupati Express. It's the most scenic place close to your city and the best thing- you need not to plan any vacation after the lockdown. Just a backpack and weekend!
