Hi, Green and beautiful. July is the mid monsoon month. Which means the greenery would be so beautiful, the streams and waterfalls would be full. It rains for around 8 months in Kerala. So the monsoon is an inevitable part of the experience. During the first monsoon (June to August ) rains start early in the morning and subdue before noon and are generally very peaceful - no lightning and thunder unlike the second monsoon (October to December)! I think you should go! Which places are you planning to cover? John
