Brother it's not possible to do kmy-kailash manas sarovar yatra just like that. It's not allowed to everyone. First you need to apply to Ministry for that, and ministry will announce your name in lottery. Every year only 12 persons only per batch permitted up to my knowledge and 18 batches this year. And entire trip will be taken care by govt. During journey you may use travel package also like cox & kings travels. In total costs min Rs. 1.5lakh-2.5lakh according to your expenses.
