I know about Singapore since I have visited it earlier. For me and my husband, it costed around 70-80k with flight tickets for 5days excluding hotel since we stayed at our friend's house. We mostly used metro for travelling since every place is near to metro. Itineary depends on your interest. 2 days are for sentosa island and universal studio. Other days you can enjoy exploring city. We had awesome experience visiting singapore.

Singapore is not much of a honeymoon destination. Avoid. It is a good best of you want to cover Vietnam, Cambodia, Bali, penang etc but not as a stand alone destination

If you want cheap tickets for the tourist attractions then you can go to the Sea wheel travels which is in People's Park Centre Mall near Chinatown MRt. Good places in Singapore are 1) Universal Studios 2) Singapore Zoo 3) Marina Bay Sands Terrace 4) Bird Park 5) Merlion at CBD 6) Clarke Quay for clubbing 7) Siloso Beach 8) Cable car at Sentosa Island Total expected damage 60k per pax For Maldives, I had visited a remote island called Ukulhas.. it took 5 hours by public ferry since I did not want to spend 100$ one wayfor a speedboat. The island did not had much but it was awesome tp relax. Scuba Diving is possible on that island. Gueshouse were located on the beach. Total damage - 58k per pax. DM if you need any specific details.
