Yes it is absolutely OK to visit Manali during Holi. Actually Holi here is celebrated a day before the actual Holi holiday, but the celebration starts one more day before and lasts a day more = 3 days. You will definitely love watching the localites playing Holi with their local band.

I Believe Holi can be celebrated everywhere. The place doesn't matter, but your company does. It depends on with whom we are celebrating, friends, family, locals of the city we are visiting. Go for it.

Holi can be celebrated anywhere.there is nothing special celebration for Holi in manali.but you can make it special by playing it with snow 😂

Good idea.... I would suggest Mcleodganj but check for well known strikes out there... it has spoiled my 3 days locked in hotel.....in manali... in manali one day visit is enough looking at attitude of travel agents out there.... they would hardly care about ur trip in strikes

There will be different era in Manali during holi. Locals have different way and culture than delhi or mathure. It will be good to experience holi under mountains covered with snow.

If you are going Manali for Holi celebration than it's not a good idea ...but you can enjoy the nature
