1) You have to reach New Alipurduar via train and then hire a cab from thereon 2) Take a flight from Delhi to Guwahati, then train from Guwahati to New Alipurduar and then same as above. 3) Direct flight till Paro Bhutan

You can go via Flight directly to Paro, Bhutan. Or you can go by flight to Bagdogra in West Bengal and then road trip to Bhutan.....

There are multiple options - You can take a direct flight to Paro airport in Bhutan (will be a little expensive) or take a flight to Bagdogra Airport in West Bengal. another option is train to New Jalpaiguri station. From either of these, you can reach Phuntsholing in Bhutan in 5 hours by road. At Phuntsholing, you can get your permits to visit Thimpu and Paro.
