There are many via train to dehradhun then cab to pugla or via plane to kullu then cab to pugla

Did you mean Pulga in Himachal Pradesh? This is the route you can follow for Pulga: Delhi - Bhuntar - Barshaini - Pulga It's an overnight journey from Delhi to Bhuntar, you can board the bus from ISBT Kashmere Gate in Delhi. once you reach Bhuntar, you can take the local bus to Barshaini that plies every hour from Bhuntar bus stand. After you have reached Barshaini, the only way to reach Pulga is on foot. It is a short trek of not more than 30 minutes.
