Hey Nikhil, If you go with your friend on a single Bullet then it will be approx. 20K per person including everything. Sharing charges for the 3D trip of Khardungla, Nubra valley and Pangong lake is 6K per person. Total cost for the round trip if you go in sharing taxis from Manali to Leh is Rs 18-20k.
