The hotel may arrange for you as per your needs or you may go to any bus stand. There are plenty of cabs no need to worry.

Hi Teddy. Manali is well connected to the nearby sight-seeing areas via private cabs, buses, and public transport. It is super easy to book a cab in Manali: 1. You can request your hotel to arrange a cab for you (may get a discount since you're staying with them!)
2. Near the main market, there are a couple of private cab services. You can bargain for the cheapest one!
3. As soon as you get to Manali, you seldom have to look around for cabs! They come to you instantly :) Have a great trip!!
