When you start writing your article, while using enter key, you will get an icon (+). Hover the mouse over that icon and below options will appear - camera, video, link. Just click on camera icon and a browse page will pop up.You can now select the photos which you want to add from your disk area.

Click on the + icon on your blog. The first option that you get to the right of + icon is for photo. Click on it and upload the photo you want.
