Hi..there is a Plus sign on home page in app if you will click on plus sigh.it will give you options to either write and upload a blog or photo blog if you simply want to add photos click in photo blog and start!

Homepage right side at last publish trip option is there.In that option, more sub options are there like create new,upload photos,import blog.
