Try Chitkul. There are camps that go by the name IBEX CAMPS. It is very near to river Baspa. You can have a 'me time' there. Good food, birds chirping and a pint of beer while your feet laying down into the stream. The host there is also a Pahadi person. Humble and a great cook.
