Head to Rishikesh (shivpuri), stay at camp, there rafting and other sports are available. There's also neer water fall, lakshman jhula, u can visit there. Rishikesh is best for solo trips.
I suggest you to plan the places which you like mostly as either Nature, Treks, Just explore places, Beach or desserts etc as per you're interest. Plan accordingly from the starting point of your place to destination. Keep a note of places of you want to cover, How many days, Budget etc details as a remembrance so you don't miss on any of these but have a best experience while you travel solo. Confidence is must when you travel Solo.
Go head have fun!
First decide on a destination you want to travel. As this is your first trip, don't try anythng extreme. Select a destination where u r aware of the language, keep the trip short for a couple of days....this will help you understand if solo try is really enjoyable.
Whats the point of solo travelling if it is planned!? Just answer simple questions like ocean or mountain? forest or historic? and then google the nearest destination and head there! everything will fall into places!
