Hello Anoohya , If you planning simla and manali then i advice you to go by own planning. Tour operators will charge you lot more. Hi I'll suggest you to plan on your own, since it will save your time and money. According to me, first leave for manali, explore there fir 2-3 days, then leave for shimla, explore kufri also if you want, you'll find heavy snow there and from there you can come back to delhi.

HI Anoohya, You can decide everything by your own. Do some research and make a plan. If you are taking a package with your parents you may follow a restricted schedule. Shimla and Manali will be very chilled now so it's better not to plan this trip with your parents now because they are 60+ and they may not feel comfortable with the weather in this season. Instead you should plan places like Kerala which will have a better weather in this season
