Depends if you have taken a refuldable tcket. if yes then check the airline policy for the returns according the time brfore departure. In case of a non refundable ticket, you can still get your taxes back. call the customer service and they will ask for your bank details

Thank you
Depends on the ticket you have booked. if cancellation isn't possible , there is chance you can change the dates may be.

The cancellation policies are mentioned on the Eticket....whether it's refundable or non refundable.

Unfortunately, there will be charges deducted if you cancel. If you have purchased premium flex tickets, then you can change the dates twice without any charges.

Thank you F&S
It depends on the cancellation policy of the Airlines. Check with their customer care centre. Even if the cancellation policy is Available, you will get partial refund for your amount.

The booking of a seat is confirmed after full payment of the fare is made and after they issue you a booking number and/or the Itinerary. However, you can get a refund on Airport Tax. In the situation where you did not board the flight, you may request for a refund on the Airport Tax paid, within six (6) months after the scheduled date of flight departure. You have the option of an AirAsia Credit Account or back to the original mode of payment.

Now days cancellation of air tickets is as good as loosing all the ticket money, still you can talk to customer care for the better options.

It depends on whether it is refundable or not, if the ticket is refundable uou can get the base price of your ticket which youv to paid not matter which airlines you booked through.

Heavy amount will be deducted (they say partial but it's not partial) but you call the airlines and ask if they can change the date as per your availability because of some major issues you are not unable to travel. call centre people have no authority try and talk to their senior official in a requesting mode.
