I have a question regarding triund trek.. what if i carry my own tent.. i want to camp on plateau or somewhere near other campers, do i have to pay some fees to secure my camping position? thank you.

No it will be free... but it is risky to travel alone and not safe there.

There is no place reserved for anyone in the campsites unless the structures are permanent..just better you be with some one so if you need help,you need not worry

Hi, no there is no issue in taking your own tent there, infact it is more hygienic as the sleeping bags provided by the local planners are not clean. But without any packages, you may encounter problems with dinner amd breakfast and also in the trek (crossing glaciers etc)
