Anyways if ur still thinking about Goa if ur the party going types north Goa is better while if u just wanna have a pleasant honeymoon experience u could do South Goa how many days r u visiting Goa for
Look for some accomodation at Baga beach or Calangute beach. Its the centre of all the activities and water sports. You may use booking.com to find out cheap accommodation . Even food and drinks are available for all budget.
Party type beaches
Baga Calangute - but believe me they are downright crowded and I wouldn't advise you to stay there quiet beaches
Morjim, Mandrem Ashvem - they are quieter and the beaches are much neater. Real quiet beaches
Cavelossim, Palolem, Colva - the best. you can even get beach huts at very competitive rates. Hire a bike or a scooty and download Maps.me(app which works without internet and mobile service) and explore.
Hi, I stayed in Country Inn by Radisson in Panjim(located near the Panjim KTC bus stand). You can take day tour to North Goa or South Goa easily from Panjim but if you stay near Baga beach or Calinguate beach, you can enjoy the night life of Goa more. We stayed an additional day in South Goa in Orlim(an Airbnb property) to soak up the South Goa beaches. South Goa beaches are more clean and have more privacy but here the only mode of transport is cab which is expensive.
