If you prefer flight, fly to Bagdogra Airport from Delhi or Kolkata and take a private taxi to Darjeeling. if you prefer Train, reach NJP or Siliguri and from there plenty of Buses, Private or Shared Taxis are available. if you want to experience toy train ride reserve it from NJP or Siliguri Must visit places: Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir, Nathula Pass, Gurudangmor Lake, Tiger Hill, Tibetan refugee center if you are taking private taxi ask the driver to go through the scenic route via Mirik Lake and Beautiful Tea Gardens

Hello, i have just completed my ride of sikkim.here's the link of my channel you can have a look https://youtu.be/HeVJO4spE7M The best location for you to stay will be mg marg or lower mg marg .There are really good hotels available at a very reasonable pricing.They will arrange permits for you as well but they will charge you a bit extra. you can go to hotel utpala which is located on lower mg marg.The must visit places in gangtok are.. ganesh tok , hanuman tok, you dont need any permit for these two. Then moving on , tsomgo lake , baba mandir, nathula paas, harbhajan baba ka mandir, zuluk view point , kupup is awsome you can see alot of snowfall at kupup , it lies on the way to zuluk. Hi Sampurna November is considered best month to Visit Sikkim & Darjeeling especially if you want to explore High Altitude places, normally 5 days are enough to cover Gangtok and Darjeeling but if you are interested in covering North Sikkim then you have to increase no of days up to 7 days, here are some of the places that you can cover or take an rough idea.
