Please visit the monsoon palace, it is beautiful. And definitely watch the sunset at Ambrai Ghat. I am not the greatest fan of JagMandir palace and City Palace. Udaipur is very beautiful, I would suggest you to just roam around the ghatside areas and gallis and be amazed by it's beauty. You can also check out my blog post on Udaipur for detailed itinerary.

Lake Palace - this is on a lake and you must go there.. Lake Pichola - Boating should be done.. Vintage Car Museum, Bagore ki Haveli, Saheliyon ki baari, Moti Magri, Nathdwara - where Pratap and his family used to go to pray, Haldigati - Pratap fought the battle, Ranakpur - famous Jain Temple, Kumbhalgarh Fort... just a few to name...
