I posted a new story, I received the email from tripoto that I have earned some credits but it is reflecting in my profile. any suggestions?

Hey divya, It will for sure reflect in a while... Sometimes, the App and also the website works slow... If it doesn't happen for more than 48 hrs then write a query mail to info@tripoto.com and get it resolved... Happy Blogging!!!

Did you mean it is not reflecting in your profile?A similar case with me where the number of views are stuck at a particular number depsite my friends going through my travel story.

Hi Divya, this could be because of a technical glitch, you should wait for some time, 24-48 hours, and if this thing still persists you can write to info@tripoto.com with your issue.

It generally takes 48 hours to receive the credits and updation of credits.

Hi Divya, Try logging out of the app(if you are using the app) or refreshing your web browser. Of the points still don't show then contact Tripoto team at info@tripoto.com
