It's never bad to visit there but it is mostly raining right now and weather is very unpredictable. It's better not to travel right now, otherwise you will miss alot of the places you can easily visit at a different time.

Hi Mohit, July is safe if the main purpose of your trip is to be amid natural beauty and enjoy great food etc in one of their many cafes, then this is as good a time as any but you can't do treks as monsoon hits the himalayas. Due to heavy rainfall there might be landslide which can blocks the road . it is always a bad idea to trek during monsoon as the path is more slippery making the trek more tougher. so I will suggest you to postpone your trip or change the trip destination
