Must visit Udaipur City Palace ( Almost will.take 4 hr from inside ) then Karni mata ka temple ( Here you need to go by ropeway) , Saheliyon Ki bari ( Evening garden) and then in night go to Lake pichola with some grrat restro near about it. Next day you can go Jagdish temple, Fateh Sagar Lake, Vintage Old Car Museum.

D1: cover Aravali vatika , Pratap smarak , city palace , Jagdish temple, lake pichola enjoy the sunset while in boat, then at night see the cultural show at Bangor ki haveli... D2: cover Fateh Sagar lake , kalagram, Rajiv park, and sjjangarh fort njoy sunset the D3: go to haldi ghati ekling temple
or you can visit Chittorgarh

Not a good option to plan in May....plan after 15th June as it will be super hot in May....places not to miss: Badi lake, Bahubali Hills, karni mata mandir and Monsoon Fort

4. You can visit Kumbalgarh and chittorgarh Fort; they are around 80 to 100kms from udaipur
