It's better to book in advance, else you'll have to compromise with higher cost and whatever is available.

Plz visit Rajasthan post monsoon, it will be very hot now. The afternoon in Rajasthan is really hot and unbearable most of the times.

It’s better to book in advance

Booking in advance is safer, But if you're good in negotiation booking a hotel at the moment would be preferred because then you have the choice to see and choose the stay.

Rajasthan is best in mansoon nd desert is best in winter....

It's better to book in advance. But you can get places to stay on the spot even. Please visit in November or December as the whether is favorable normally.

Don't go till the end of May as the weather presently is too hot. Rajasthan is a vast area and you needs to be specific where to go. I often got better deals online in many places in Rajasthan rather than going direct and negotiating.

Not recommended . I advise you to book a hotel for a day so you can get backup and you can look for a better deal without any tension . it will be more safe .

Most of the travellers here don't get that... Here is the case with OYO... When you book on beforehand it'll show you higher prices... When you book on the day you reach it will be very cheap... I usually book on arrival only... You can check on with it... Recently I travelled Rajasthan... A stay in Udaipur very close to the lake with a view of City place costed me just 1000 rs for three ppl including complimentary breakfast... Which actually showed me 4500 for three ppl 10 days back... In Jaisalmer, for the Sam Sand dunes, you get stays for 500s in oyo the day you reach there... On oyo standards AC is compulsory... And most importantly you can book your stays for 99 rs in OYOs daily in the evening 4... It might sound crazy but trust me... I have travelled a lot like this... If you have any more doubts, just DM me... Happy Travelling...

Book hotels in advance....and post monsoon...during peak season u will get hotel costlier and you will have to compromise with quality as well....
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Yes you can go and then make your bookings ... it's more or less the same... but if you want to stay in hostels go for online bookings.. it's cheaper
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Hey, the one you asking will consists very limited amount and type of scope of hotels. do , I suggest do book online.

Book in advance with AC suited in this hot season.

Pre arrangements are always better then on spot arrangements you will get a desired place for your stay at affordable price and no end moment rush situation. and direct on spot hotel booking is much more expensive then online pre booked one. Hope it helps. thanks.

Better book in advance online or call over phone and fix up.

Hello Traveler, I would recommend you to book a hostel stay, as you can make new friends there, also you will get best accommodation in less price, the more you save in accommodation, the more you can spend on exploring more places in Rajasthan. If you can tell me the place you want to explore in Rajasthan, I can help you with the list of Hostel available in that place. If you like my response satisfied your question, please up vote.

You can explore the book now pay later option at Makemytrip or Airbnb for remote areas. This can help you have a backup option in case you can't find an option. Otherwise go with the flow if budget isn't a problem! :)

It's always better to book earlier.
