To properly explore Mathura and Vrindavan, I would recommend staying for at least 2-3 days. Here is a suggested itinerary for your trip: Day 1: Arrive in Mathura, visit the Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple Complex, Dwarkadhish Temple, and Vishram Ghat. Day 2: Visit Vrindavan and its various temples, including Banke Bihari Temple, ISKCON Temple, and Prem Mandir. Day 3: Visit other attractions in Mathura such as the Kans Qila and Mathura Museum before departing. As for the average cost of a 3-star hotel in Mathura and Vrindavan, it can range from INR 1,500 to INR 4,000 per night, depending on the location and amenities offered. However, prices may vary depending on the season and availability, so it's always best to do some research and book in advance to get the best deals.
