You can go from March to October it's best... September is ideal
The best time to visit Bhutan is during the spring months of March to May when the valleys come alive with flowers in bloom. Minimum 5 days preferred is needed to make the most of the best sights and experiences in Bhutan Do check this https://www.visittnt.com/bhutan-tours/6-nights-7-day-bhutan-tour.html

Deepakshi depending on the number of days, you could plan your itineray. Phuntsheoling would be ideally your first stop as you have to get your permit made. Your number will stop working once you enter Bhutan so here is where you can buy yoyr Bhutan pre paid sim. Then you can go to Thimpu and then Paro. And if you still have time yoy can go to Punakha as well. The best time to visit Bhutan would be in October now. March to June is ideal. Have a lovely stay.
