Hello, You can visit Dubai. Flights should be ₹ 17,000 odd.(Return fare from Mumbai). Hotel stays can be AED 300 odd per day. That makes it 17000 + 24000 (300*20*4) = ₹ 45000 ...... [1 AED is ₹20 in conversion and taking 4 days of stay into consideration] Hotels and flights maybe cheaper ..check them out

If you want to make your honeymoon more memorable I suggest you to visit Istanbul it's quite cheap and very good place to spend time with your partner places to visit grand bazar hagia Sofia sultan mosque pamukle Cappadocia watch thousands of hot air balloons at goreme and experience the cave hotels I bet you never forget that experience

Bali/Thailand/Maldives. I would personally suggest Maldives since its an awesome honeymoon destination but might exceed 1L depending on the resort you will be staying in.

You can visit Seychelles, a beautiful honeymoon destination (if you meant 1 lac per person)
On a more budget option (1 lac for two people), for beaches you can visit Thailand or Bali. If you prefer mountains, Bhutan or Sri Lanka can be the option for you. For an offbeat experience, I'd suggest Cambodia.
These all fall well within your budget.

Bali... Maldives.. Seychelles.. Thailand.. Srilanka can fit in your budget provided you plan early and get cheap deals on flights n accommodation.. Check the Airbnb for accommodation you may save a handful and save for other activities during your trip

Dubai/Thailand/Singapore(without cruise)/malaysia/bali>> all come under 1 lac if you choose to pre plan.
Also, book the flight tickets as early as you see any deal.
