Hi, The best time to visit Andaman is from mid-October to April when the weather is pleasant. Budget mostly depend upon the type of stay, number of days, food and activities. Assuming you will not be going during peak season or festivals/holidays like New Year and Christmas, a package for 4 Nights and above can cost you around INR 9000-50000 per person based on the things you will be doing in Andaman Islands.
