In contest only big travelers or photographer only win or any one can win?

My first blog post over herr won the best trip after lockdown contest for the last month. So yeah, I guess it's anyone.
UpvoteCommentActually i participated in many contests but not win so i ask. Last month i posted about LAVASA in hill city contest. but didn't win.
I believe the contests are open for all and anyone can win. The deciding criteria would be quality of content, pictures, tips for the trips, etc.
