Mauritius or Maldives, Bali, Srilanka are great options internationally. Within India, any hill station would be great. Manali, Leh, Sikkim are especially good spots.

In terms of International tour, Sri Lanka especially the southern coastal areas would be a good option. You have got some great beaches there. If budget is not a constraint then countries like Austria, Hungary etc. are a great place to visit.
