Hey Kamalakar, Most travellers prefer visiting Tawang during summer as the weather is ideal then. People believe March, April, May, June, September and October to be the best months to go to Tawang. You could plan a visit in November, but be prepared for some frigid weather. You might experience snowfall too hence roads to some of the tourist attractions can get blocked. Tawang is November can be tricky. This is the start of the winter in the region and one cannot predict the weather accurately. However, you can visit Tawang during winter as well but you may not get to see the tourist attractions such as Bum La, Madhuri Lake because of heavy snow fall. During winter you will generally be allowed to go only till Y-Junction and Army will ask you to return back from that point if there is heavy snow. However, Army will constantly work towards cleaning the roads because it's their main route. Hence, you can visit Tawang in Winter as well but be prepared to face unpredictable harsh weather.
